Not really, unless you want to draft Your Own following the sketches in something like Godey's.

Note that you'll need all the proper undergarments, including correctly shaped corsets, to create period silhouettes, and they're an absolute must under authentic patterns -- the body was reshaped to the dress, not the dress shaped to the body.
