Well, the truth is that blue eyes are recessive. Even if he gets with a white person, chances are that his children might not have blue eyes. Also, there have been Black children born with blue eyes, although this is EXTREMELY rare.
I'd tell her that she has to do what she feels is best. If she could not bare to be with him over ruining his genetics, then she needs to avoid him, plain and simple.
